Kristen was so kind and helpful on the phone, and Jason was fantastic- a consummate professional expert who was friendly and answered all of my questions. He explained the pricing for everything, tested all of the pieces right in front of me, and advised me on what NOT to sell to him. He even surprised me when I learned that some of my jewelry was white gold, not silver! Refreshingly Honest and extremely fair; his prices were beyond my expectations!
